My Approach

Healing begins when the patterns start making sense.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to heal the patterns that no longer serve you.

Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a more secure sense of self.

I help adults who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm.

My work is rooted in the belief that the patterns you struggle with today often began as ways to protect yourself, stay connected, or survive emotionally difficult experiences.

In therapy, we create space to understand those patterns with compassion, explore the deeper wounds underneath them, and begin building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in therapy?

Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore the patterns, experiences, and emotional responses that may be shaping your current relationships and sense of self. Some sessions may focus on processing current stressors, identifying patterns, building coping tools, and developing healthier ways of relating.

How long does therapy take?

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, history, and what you’re hoping to work through. Some clients seek short-term support around a specific challenge, while others engage in longer-term work focused on deeper healing and lasting change.

What if I don’t know what to say in session?

That’s completely okay. You do not need to come in with everything figured out. Therapy can also be a space to explore uncertainty, emotional blocks, or simply what feels difficult to put into words.

Will therapy be emotionally difficult?

At times, therapy can bring up vulnerable emotions, especially when exploring painful experiences or longstanding patterns. The goal is not to overwhelm you, but to create a supportive space where healing and growth can happen at a pace that feels manageable.

How often should I attend therapy?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, especially when starting the therapeutic process, to build consistency and momentum. Frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.
